Customer may cancel their AutoShip order at any time prior to the nextscheduled shipment and credit card charge with no further obligation. AutoShip order cancellations must be sent by e-mail as specified on this website’s Product Satisfaction Guarantee page.
AutoShip orders are shipped and billed 30-days following the date of the initial order, and continue to be shipped and charged every 30-days until such time as Customer cancels the AutoShip order in accordance with our Cancellation policy as defined on our Product Satisfaction Guarantee page posted on our website.
