All of our products are formulated for ongoing use, so our AutoShip order option is a great way to insure that you never run out of product. With AutoShip you never have any long-term obligations! You can cancel your AutoShip order for any reason at any time prior to your next monthly delivery.

AutoShip Cancellation Policy – Just Send Us An E-Mail - You may cancel your AutoShip Plan orders at any time, with no further obligation, by sending us an e-mail prior to your next scheduled AutoShip delivery. Cancellations must be made by e-mail, to avoid any misunderstandings, and to establish a record of your cancellation. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Trial Order Policy – From time to time we offer 14-day trials to allow users to sample and evaluate our products before purchasing them. At the conclusion of the 14-day trial the customer is automatically enrolled in our AutoShip Plan and shipped and bill accordingly. Important: To avoid enrollment in the AutoShip Order Plan, the customer must cancel by e-mail within the Trial period. Note: We always allow an additional 4-days for delivery time, so Trial order cancellations can be made anytime within 18-days from the date of the Trial order.
