One of the most common and deadly health scares is a heart attack. Heart attacks can hit anyone at any time. Certain factors increase your chances of a heart attack. Poor diet, lack of exercise or genetics are just a few. Regardless, you must always stay on top of your health and signs that a problem is coming your way. Here are a few major common symptoms that a heart attack is in your future.

Being physically tired all the time even after a long nights sleep is a definite sign your heart may be in jeopardy. If your heart is not pumping enough oxygen rich blood all around your body, feeling tired is inevitable.

This is a common problem for many. Sleep Apnea is many times the culprit. This causes pauses in breathing. If left untreated, it can increase heart attack risk by raising blood pressure and stress.

Often times feeling nauseous or indigestion can be the sign of heart issues. Nerves in the stomach are related to nerves in the heart. Because of this a heart problem may show up as stomach problems or discomfort.
